‘You should be afraid,’ Winter Springs woman accused of threatening neighbor

A Winter Springs woman is accused of repeatedly threatening her neighbor in person and by text, leaving the woman in constant fear and prompting her to change her daily routine, according to an arrest report.Margarita Anne Ravelo, 56, was arrested Monday morning on Ringwood Drive on a felony charge of aggravated stalking.Seminole County deputies responded shortly before 10 a.m. after receiving a disturbance call and found Ravelo in her front yard.The neighbor told deputies Ravelo approached her that morning and said, “Are you afraid? You should be afraid,” according to the report.
