Central Florida starts the week warm and muggy, but a noticeable change arrives Wednesday as drier air moves in and breezy winds develop.MONDAY TUESDAYFor Monday, scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop as the East Coast sea breeze pushes inland. Storms will be most likely west of I-95 and track west with coverage about 50-60%. The main storm threats will be heavy downpours, frequent lightning, and isolated wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph.It will also be another hot and humid day, with highs in the low 90s and heat index values reaching 102 to 107 degrees.But winds will begin increasing as high pressure strengthens along the East Coast.
