Orlando s newest spicy food festival is taking a rain check. The inaugural Orlando Fire Flavor Festival, which we previously told you was coming to Festival Park on Oct. 10-11, has been rescheduled to Saturday, Jan. 9, 2027, and will now be a one-day event. Organizers with Battle Bros Events cited weather for the postponement. The festival will still feature spicy food creations priced at $10 or less, hot sauce vendors, pepper challenges, eating competitions, live music, specialty drinks, a marketplace, free axe throwing and activities for kids. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local nonprofit One Heart for Women and Children. Anyone who purchased tickets for the original October dates is already covered. Organizers say all tickets have automatically transferred to January 9, with no additional action required. The festival will run from noon-9 p.m. at Festival Park (2911 E. Robinson Street). Admission is $10, with children 8 and younger getting in free. Ti
