No arrests made one year after scuba-clad thief robbed Disney Springs

One year after a suspect in a scuba suit robbed a Disney Springs restaurant and escaped by swimming away, law enforcement officials report that no arrests have been made in the case. The robbery occurred last September at Paddlefish, where the suspect stole approximately $10,000 in cash.The incident took place after closing as the restaurant manager was counting money to place into a safe. According to deputies, the wet-suited suspect spray-painted security cameras before confronting and tying up the manager and another employee in an office.After tying up both employees inside the office, the suspect fled the restaurant by jumping back into the water and swimming away. Deputies traced the suspect to the lakeside, where the trail ended.
