Low pressure system off Carolina coast may bring high winds this week

An area of low pressure off the coast of the Carolinas has a 30% chance of developing over the next 7 days. It will have erratic movement and, regardless of development, will create high winds and dangerous surf for portions of the SE U.S. this week.
